I will have to say, that the service is impressive. I had Norton problems after I did an upgrade to my computer. He had my tower for about 3 hours and brought it back, problem free and also added some free computer tune-up software. FREE, is always great! Thanks for the great service and give him a try, you will not be disappointed.

You did for me what other competitors said couldn't be done, and a highlight: You didn't just shrug me off as a non-potential $2,000 system buyer :) You were professional, and personable. You took the problems and turned them into workable solutions, providing me with a working computer, plus! I am glad I chose to go through Kelly Creation Computers, rather than just calling CenturyTel. Not only have I found a true computer tech...but a friend. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Kelly Creations. Rich actually listened to what I wanted, he didn't treat me like I didn't have a clue. He knew I needed help in a short period of time, and fit me into his busy schedule. He even called me afterwards to make sure everything was working okay! Not many businesses do that!
